Canto Technologies were approached at short notice to assist PayStream in resolving network performance issues experienced after their office relocation.

The following day two of our senior engineers were on-site analysing their complex network of 30+ workstations and quickly identified a number of issues, two of which were root causes of the performance problems.

After identifying the causes our staff were able to correct and test the system during out-of-hours, thus minimising any further disruption to staff in the process.

PayStream have subsequently asked Canto to provide a set of recommendations on their current infrastructure so they can continue moving forward in a robust and resilient manner.
