Over the last weekend Canto Technologies upgraded the ageing NT server used by UK Car Discount to a new Dell model, as well as upgrading the network as a whole to use a high-speed managed network switch.
The new system meets both current needs and will allow this rapidly expanding company to grow over the coming years without needing to significantly alter their IT infrastructure. It also provides a far higher level of control and security than was previously possible, as well as providing numerous options for disaster recover in the event of a problem.
The upgrade was completed without incident and highlighted a number of future projects that UK Car Discount have asked Canto to participate in - we look forward to an ongoing successful relationship.
